On July 30, 2020, the Hon. J. Paul Oetken, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York, entered an Order preliminarily approving a $1,600,000 class action settlement on behalf of all Persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Intellipharmaceutics common stock in a Covered Transaction at any time from May 21, 2015 through and including July 27, 2017.
